Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshoot and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting tests and analyzing data to ensure proper equipment functioning and provide recommendations to improve reliability. A thorough understanding of control operations and sequences of operation for commercial and industrial HVAC systems is essential. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to maintain maintenance records, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. The technician will also serve as a team leader, capable of training and coaching apprentices and co-workers, and must demonstrate a strong customer service attitude while adhering to all safety standards, including NFPA 70e and Lockout Tag Out.
