Key responsibilities Own and develop Trust & Safety policies, enforcement standards, and governance processes Conduct trend analysis and risk reporting to identify emerging issues and recommend data-backed solutions Contribute to fraud detection and investigate suspicious activities to enhance marketplace integrity Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Integrity, Fraud, or Platform Governance Proven track record of risk analysis that influenced product or policy decisions Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with SQL or similar experience preferred Experience developing and evolving Trust & Safety policies in a live enforcement environment Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity in decision-making
