  • Visit retail locations to review merchandising, displays, and stock levels.

  • Recommend and follow through on improvements to maximize in-store presence.

Promotions & Market Support

  • Support product launches and category reviews to capture incremental sales opportunities.

Financial Coordination

  • Track and collect payments, manage credits, and process detention fee claims.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.

  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams for strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in CPG, food service, or ethnic retail.

  • Strong understanding of ethnic grocery market dynamics and distributor/wholesaler relationships.

  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, APS entry, and order management systems.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Bilingual in Korean & English is mandatory.

The base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
