Job Responsibilities:


Salesforce Administration and Development:

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, customization, and data integrity.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

PHP Development and WordPress Management:

• Develop and maintain custom PHP applications to support various business needs.
• Manage WordPress sites, including theme customization, plugin development, and performance optimization.
• Ensure the security and stability of WordPress installations and implement best practices for site management.

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a technical leader within the team, guiding and mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Agile Environment:

• Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint timelines.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the development team.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• 6+ years' of experience in PHP development
• 6+ years' experience WordPress site management
