The OA/CTS Director will lead and develop a professional team while establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders. These partnerships are essential to creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to student achievement and long-term career success. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years related supervisory experience; or Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and four years related supervisory experience.
