Practice Info Well-established team at Canyon Vista Medical Center of 8 physicians, supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator Academic hospital with an internal medicine residency program EMR is Cerner Responsibilities Work exclusively overnight shifts Be part of our rapid response team Perform intubations, central lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and vents Handle 10 average admissions per night, with residents Handle 60 average floor calls Compensation Day shift rate of $1,600 Night shift rate of $2,100 Nocturnist base salary of $383,250 Eligible for RVU and quality bonus Student loan repayment option of $75,000 spread over 3 years Robust sign-on bonus of $50,000 Benefits In-house licensing and credentialing support CME allowance Shift & Schedule Working nights, 7 pm-7 am 7 days on/7 days off schedule Teaching shifts are available for the internal medicine residency program Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine only In-house Immigration support, and we can sponsor an HHS J1 waiver
