Position: Training Data Analyst
Location: Clinton, Tennessee
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week)
Interview Process: Either Webcam or In-Person
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8-hour flexible shifts)
Key ResponsibilitiesData & LMS Analysis: Mine and analyze training data using a Learning Management System (LMS) to track training compliance and development trends.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct audits on training records to ensure adherence to state minimum standards.
Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and track QA measures for specialized training events.
Project Support & Reporting: Produce detailed analytical reports on training effectiveness and assist in managing staff development projects.
LMS & Data Analysis: Expertise in data mining, tracking metrics, and auditing compliance records.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
Core Competencies: Data Entry , technical proficiency, and coding capabilities.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Domain Experience: Prior experience in compliance, regulatory environments, or training administration.
Soft Skills: Superior communication , time management, and organizational abilities to coordinate across teams.
