Freight Forwarder looking for an operations personnel.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Summerville, SC, for a Freight Forwarder. The position involves managing the logistics of freight transportation, collaborating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. Daily responsibilities include coordinating export activities, handling customer inquiries, and managing freight forwarding operations to meet service standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
Very strong customer service skills required.
In office required - Monday through Friday 8-5pm with 1 hr lunch.
After 6 months of training, you will be required to share on-call duties after hours, out of office, 1 week per month.
