This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion Change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy The Journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Understand the job orders and interact with Epicor.Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product.Must understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation including entering paperwork into Epicor. This also includes daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.Maintain and operate hand tools and power tools.Perform required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.Perform other projects and duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced.Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.Additional QualificationsTechnical secondary education is preferred.Have basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience for receiving and issuing products.Perform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.Good hand dexterity and grip strength.Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.Proficient use of hand and power tools required.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.Well organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.Self-motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.High personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.Benefits:401 (k) with company matchMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsurancePTOSick TimeEmployee Appreciation TimePaid HolidaysTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
