Trades Holding Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the digital lead generation and performance marketing programs for the Mr. Rooter brand.
This role will coordinate with agencies, digital marketing vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage reporting, monitor performance, track projects, and support customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with lead generation programs and understands key performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and attribution.

Location: Hybrid, Columbus or Cleveland preferred
