Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with shippers and carriers. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. Assist in negotiating rates and contracts with carriers to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor and track freight movement to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. Utilize industry knowledge and market data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
